Description

When struggling to decide if your paranoid thoughts are real:
1) Would other people think that your suspicious thoughts are realistic?
2) Have you talked to others about your worries?
3) Is it possible that you've exaggerated the threat?
4) Is it likely that you've been singled out?
5) Is it possible that you're being oversensitive?

When overcoming paranoia:
- Try to look after yourself both physically and mentally
- Share your fears with a trusted parent, carer, friend, school adviser, doctor or feel free to message my Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/adminbatteryacid
- Keep a diary of paranoid thoughts: what they are, when they occur and what triggers them
- Test your thoughts but only confront situations that induce paranoia if you consider yourself safe to do so; it may be useful to have some support when you do.
