Accepting The Past

TRIGGERS: HOSPITALISATION AND GENERAL MENTAL HEALTH DISCUSSION
I plan to continue rereading old diary entries to gain some perspective about where my life is heading now that this difficult period is over. I'm hoping that talking about and facing my worst memories head on may lessen my anxiety around physical contact, loud noises and screaming/crying.
I didn't leave the mental health system the same person. I'd like to stress that some of these may be upsetting and triggering: please don't feel under any obligation to watch these, they're for my benefit, I simply upload for my long distant friends.
