Hello, I hope you all are well. This weeks workout involves a lot of core movements. This can be intense, so make sure your rest in between the different movements if you need too and slow it down to your level.
There are easier versions of the movements (as shown in the videos for example doing the push ups on your knees), so feel free to go for that, if the need be.
