Description
Today's movement is a combination of animal flow, strength and mobility work.
Each movement is designed to target various aspects of training. With this you are able to build and develop core and glute strength, hip mobility and shoulder strength.
Repeat each movement for 10 reps for a total of 3 sets.
I know it sounds obvious but make sure you breathe deeply on each rep.
