Lucid Physics Beta Update 2 (Forces and PFlow Recording)

See the new features of Lucid for 3dsmax 0.0.4 build: spacewarps can now be applied to Lucid simulations as well as Lucid PFlow simulations. PFlow simulations can now also be recorded.
