LOTS O' Bent Press Work!!

Yeah, 22 attempts at Bent Pressing Ravishing Rick Rude fully loaded @ 144lb and @ 128lb. Nice to be moving on from practicing the start position!! Now, gotta figure out what l have to do to get the arm locked out under the weight. Stay patient and just work the movement until it's time for the NEXT part right?? God Bless!!
