Description

Very useful taping technique for return to sports ( particuarly contact sport) following a Hyperextension ( bending back) injury or elbow disclocation. This method also provides Medial Elbow support if the elbow medial ligament is also strained. Using 75mm Lockerwrap and 38mm Lockeroom Performance Plus Rigid tape.
