10224 Town Hall is an Exclusives Modular Buildings set that was launched on March 1, 2012. It consists of 8 brand new minifigures. It is more pricey than the standard US $149.99, which is standard for Modulars. This is the highest Modular Building launched so far, and the only one that is recommended for ages 14+, and is, so far, the eleventh largest set by piece count launched to date.

The Town Hall is a big building with three stories and a roofing. The primary composition of the bottom floor's outside colour is light grey. The first and second floors are coloured dark orange on the outdoors, and the roofing is mainly grey. However, on the upper stories, the floor just covers about half of the level. Thus, there is a wide-open view of auditorium in the hall, the ground flooring is entirely noticeable till the roofing system. The floorings are linked by a working elevator.
