10224 Town Hall is an Exclusives Modular Buildings set that was launched on March 1, 2012. It consists of eight brand name brand-new minifigures. It is more costly than the conventional US $149.99, which is basic for Modulars. This is the tallest Modular Building released so far, and the just one that is recommended for ages 14+, and is, up until now, the eleventh biggest set by piece count released to this day.

The Town Hall is a big building with 3 stories and a roofing system. The main composition of the bottom flooring's exterior colour is light grey. The very first and second floors are coloured dark orange on the outdoors, and the roofing system is mainly grey. Nevertheless, on the upper stories, the floor only covers about half of the level. Thus, there is a wide-open view of auditorium in the hall, the ground floor is totally visible up until the roof. The floorings are connected by a working elevator.
