Ingredients
1 medium size red onion finely chopped
1 medium size tomato finely chopped
1 small yellow bell pepper deseeded and finely chopped
1 salad cucumber diced
1 tbsp fresh green chillies finely chopped
salt to taste
1/4 tsp red chillie powder (optional)
1 tbsp granulated sugar or brown sugar
Juice of one fresh lemon
Fresh Coriander leaves for garnishing
Steps
Mix the vegetables in a mixing bowl
Season the salad with spices
Add lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients well
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
Refrigerate for half an hour before serving
