Description
Ingredients
1. 2 cups carrots sliced lengthwise
2. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
3. 2 tablespoon Red chillie powder
4. 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
5. 1 tablespoon roasted and crushed mustard seeds
6. 2 tablespoon cooking oil
Method
1. Add carrots in an air tight jar
2. Add turmeric powder, red chillie powder, salt, mustard seeds and oil
3. Mix all the ingredients well
4. Cover the jar with lid and store at room temperature
5. Carrot pickle is ready in two days
