Just another night
thinking of what
the memories might
say when my eyes
close and try to
find a little peace
waiting for the
morning light to
bleed through
the curtains.

Is it that not once
can i remember
a place or time
when everything
seemed to be alright.
Another bottle or
red so all the emotions
will be dead.

Just another night.
Just one more goodbye
