Here are the steps outlined in my video.

Fill Out Blanks "Branch/Location"
1) Select cells in A2 to A27
2) Ctrl + G
3) Special
4) Blanks
5) Ok
6) =A2 and then press Ctrl + Enter

Calculate Subtotal
1) Select A1 to C27
2) Data ~ Outline ~ Subtotal
3) "At each change in" set to "Branch/Location"
4) "Use function" set to "Sum"
5) Check on "Sales"
6) OK
