In Excel, pasting special linked pictures involves first copying the desired image, then selecting the destination cell, right-clicking, and choosing "Paste Special." Within the Paste Special dialog box, select "Linked Picture" to insert an image that updates dynamically with changes to the original. To access different paste options in Excel, simply right-click after copying content, where you'll find various options like "Paste Values," "Transpose," and more. Yes, there is a way to link images in Excel, which creates a dynamic connection between the inserted image and its original source. A linked picture in Excel refers to an image that maintains a live connection to its source file, ensuring that any modifications to the original are reflected automatically within the Excel document.

Paste a Linked Picture
1) Select dataset
2) Ctrl + C
3) Select any cell
4) Ctrl + V
5) Paste Option pull down
6) Other Paste Options ~ Linked Picture
Now I can reposition this link picture anywhere on your spreadsheet and if you make modification to your main data set the link picture image will also get updated as well.
