Inner Smile part 1 Instruction

Ancient sages and healers took our natural, healthful habits and tinkered with them until they had a purposeful meditation utilizing the healing and harmonizing power of the humor and smiling. This Inner Smile Meditation focuses smiling energy onto the 3 Dantians and the 5 yin organs of Chinese medicine.

This is the first part of a two part instruction. This video gives you background information to help you to do the meditation effectively. It is especially useful for those who have never meditated before. But would be good to review even if you have a background in meditation. It is a different type of meditation than many are use to.
