IIC: Change is Happening!

Hello, I’m PaTrisha-Anne Todd your IIC Coach Cast Host.

We all know that change is happening across the board, in the world economy, in business and in the lives of the citizens of the world.

Change is happening and the times are very exciting in the niches of life and business coaching. It’s a time that all coaches can look forward to the future.

I say this with conviction because I strongly feel that collaboration amongst coaches is happening around the world and as a united body we can change the lives and careers of others for the better.

One way to make that happen is to belong to and practice the ethos of the IIC, the International Institute of Coaching – ‘creating excellence in the coaching profession’.
The IIC is a modern business resource for coaches’, designed by coaches. It’s not just an accreditation body or network of worldwide members but a force for good providing support, news and education to all coaches, indeed to all those who are interested in the idea of coaching.

Organisations like the International Institute of Coaching are so much needed, but, to ensure its continued success we need to harness the skills of members and more importantly enrol member volunteers. Remember I mentioned earlier that the IIC is a platform for coaches, designed by coaches, well the IIC have several strategic roles open for those members who are keen to up-level their skills, increase their working knowledge and visibility. We are currently recruiting for IT personnel, researchers, an assistant newsletter editor and public relations team members.

Volunteer members are a special bunch who bring great talents and uniqueness not found anywhere else and that will really add to the coaching world. The IIC is aiming to grow meaningfully in the years to come and would love to have you on board.
