CPD Goal Plan for 2013

I’m delighted to be here today particularly as we are already half way through the month of January 2013.
Welcome to the IIC International Institute of Coaching where we care about you as a coach and progressing your CPD, continual professional development.
Hello, I’m PaTrisha-Anne Todd, your Coach Cast host and Ambassador For Success.

Perhaps you’re a coach in training, perhaps you’re an established coach or your business is in another niche of personal development. Whoever you are and regardless of what business slot you fall into, you and I both know that CPD is vital to progress. CPD is part of the cycle of success.
So, have you written your CPD goal plan for 2013? I do hope so, it’s so important to have a clearly defined progressive learning plan that supports you in a very short length of time exactly where you want to go with your business and shows you what other skills you need to tap into to reach your business goals. All successful coaching business owners structure their CPD year ahead.
In a nutshell ask yourself exactly what you need to achieve over the next 12 months and why that route of learning will enhance your business.
Deploying this simple coaching strategy to your own game plan will help you to define how best to move forward. I do this all the time, as does my mentor. Asking quality questions gives you a definitive answer to any challenge you may be experiencing. Remember, your results is totally your 100% responsibility and how you get there requires constant application.
Any form of success requires work. But not the kind of frantic, chasing your tail, going round in circles work, that’s actually a waste of your valuable time, and time is money. Success is all about CPD, so I encourage you to take steps today to learn what you don’t know and follow through with action.
