Hub Lifts & Spoke Curls!

Tonight's workout of Hub Lifts & Spoke Curls was with FIVE different vintage Deep Dish(DD) 45lb plates: INTERNATIONAL, BEN, YORK 2nd Gen, BILLARD and BFCO. Spokes held with a Key Pinch Grip:between thumb & index finger like turning a key. How can Grip work be boring/not fun?? God Bless!
