So I was against this whole strobing thing because I feel its just another word for highlighting, but you all requested a tutorial so of course, I will do it:) I thought I would throw in all my highlighting techniques to help you all with that as well:) Strobing is basically the layering of highlights to bring extreme light to the face. There is a misconception that you cant use bronzer, however you can. Strobing itself is just the highlighting technique but you can pair it with your contour and bronzer if you want!
