The Main Differences Between Strobing, Highlighting, and Contouring
2 Views • Aug 06, 2015
Description
Strobing has caught fire online, but many makeup artists and beauty fanatics agree on one thing: this isn't a new trend! It's essentially highlighting, with a twist. What's the main difference, though?
