Learn how to make Lapsi from Daliya (broken wheat) in a easier way from simple ingredients.


Ingredients
===========
1) Fine Daliya - 1 medium bowl(finely broken daliya)
2) Jaggery - 1.5 medium bowl (as per your choice)
3) Desi Ghee - 2 big spoon
4) Dry fruits - as per your choice

Method
========
In a wok, heat ghee and then add daliya to it and roast it for 2-4 mins. Make sure that it should not turn brown.
Now add hot water for the daliya to cook. Water level should be 1 inch above daliya. Cover it with lid for few mins so that the water gets soaked.
Check whether daliya has got cooked by pressing it with finger.Add some more water and let it cook for a while if its uncooked . Add jaggery to the daliya.
Keep on mixing it till jaggery melts . Cook on a medium flame till water gets evaporated. Mix dry fruits in the daliya to make them soft . Remove the wok from flame and let it cool for sometime. Lapsi is now ready to eat.
