How to make Haldi Ki Sabzi

Ingredients
-------------------
1) 250 gms Raw Turmeric
2) 100 gms Green Peas
2) 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
3) 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
4) 1 bowl Curd
5) Salt as per taste
6) Cashew and Raisins to garnish

Method
--------------
• Wash and peel Raw Turmeric(Haldi). Grate it.
• Heat Ghee in a wok and add grated Raw Turmeric(Haldi).
• Cook it for some time and add Green Peas.
• After 2-3 mins, add Ginger-Garlic paste and stir it well.
• Add Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder and mix it well.
• After a while, Ghee will start separating, add Salt as per your taste.
• Once the Peas are cooked, add fresh Curd and mix it well.
• Our Haldi ki Sabzi is ready to serve, garnish it with Cashew and Raisins.
• Store in refrigerator and eat everyday with meal like acchar or chutney
