Employee Level Food Safety Certification Course (BASICS.fst )
By law, owners and operators of food establishments are required to ensure that there is, at all times when the establishment is operating, at least one certified food handler working in a supervisory capacity in each area of the premises where food is prepared, processed, served, packaged or stored. iTrain's certified BASICS.fst Instructor teaches participants everything they need to know in order to comply with public health requirements and how to apply food safe practices in the workplace. Participants are provided with the BASICS.fst course book and certification upon successful completion of exam. Certification is valid for 5 years.

Management Level Food Safety Certification Course (ADVANCED.fst )
iTrain's certified ADVANCED.fst Instructor provides participants with a comprehensive review of food safe practices in the workplace. Designed for management level employees, this course teaches participants about the challenges of food safety, how to maintain sanitary facilities and equipment and how to develop a food safety system. Participants will be provided with the ADVANCED.fst course book and certification upon successful completion of exam. Certification is valid for 5 years.
