Description
Speaker: Daniel Kutscher
Toxic elements such as mercury, arsenic, cadmium, and lead can harm human health. Food is considered to be one of the main routes of entry of these elements into the human body. With speciation analysis we are able to determine if the elements are present in foods in toxic forms. Thermo Scientific offers state-of-the-art IC and ICP-MS solutions for the determination of toxic elements in food, with dedicated software features to facilitate fully automated speciation analysis.
