Description

Getting back into Cleans for 2X6X175lb total weight. Why Chains?? I like how they make me speed up for the second portion of the lift(bar above the knees) where you MUST get fast! Form is obviously a little rusty and I won't always use chains but, for now, the seem to help cue me to move fast right when I need to do so!!
