Took a couple of tries with 139lb before l started getting the groove back. If ya think about it, Shoulder Stands are like an inverted Kelly Snatch where you pull from the Lower Abs instead of the Upper Abs. As you can see, 139lb is PLENTY heavy enough to keep the weight sunk into the shoes. Lotsa good going on here. God Bless.
