Chicken Nuggets

250 gr. Chicken Skin
250 gr. Chicken Leg Meat
750 gr. Chicken Breast Meat (Minced)

Let start with harder 250 gr.chicken skin who we place for a while in a freezer for take better result in chopper(if you don't have chopper in your home minced it from butcher . Chop well in chopper like minced(like qeema) than add 250 gr. chicken leg meat again chop like earlier. Than add minced breast chicken and mix well after that add 3 slice milky bread,1/2 tbs. white pepper ,salt to taste 1 tbs,2 tbs corn flour,1/2 tbs Black pepper, Garlic and ginger powder, jaifal powder (nut mag powder), 1 Tbs. Paprika Powder, Mix well and make mixture for nuggets. Now ready mixture for shapes as you like.
Now time to prepare coating material.

we need
1 cup All purpose Flour
2 tbs. Corn Flour
1/2 tbs. Ginger and Garlic Powder
1/2 tbs White Pepper
1/2 tbs. Black Pepper
1 tbs. Salt (to taste)
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
Mix all above ingredients
in a bowl.
and other bowl take and mix
1/2 cup fresh cream
and
2 medium Eggs
Coating material read to coating.
All nuggets coat well in flour than egg wash and again in flour for better result.
Medium heated oil put all the nuggets for fry.

delicious nuggets ready to eat.
