Chicken Cheesy Ball

Ingredients
1/2 Kg. Potato Boiled and mashed
1/2 kg Boiled Chicken (crushed)
2 tbs. Fresh Coriander (Fine Cut)
1 tbs. Salt (to Taste)
1/2 tbs. Chat Masala
1/2 tbs. Black Pepper
1 tbs. Red Chilli
1 tbs Garam Masala

Take one bowl and mash 1/2 kg potato and add 1/2 kg Boiled crushed chicken, fresh Coriander.
Add Also salt , Chaat masala, Black Pepper,Red Chilli and garam Masala

Now Mix all the ingredients well and make sure all equally mix in mash potatos. Now take 250 grm. mozzarella and cut into cubes.
now start preparing balls, take handful mixture in hand and centralized cheese into ball. after preparing all cheesy balls
start to egg wash and bread crumbs coat on it. Take Frying pan with medium heated oil and fry all the cheesy ball in frying pan until golden brown. that's it your chicken cheesy balls ready to serve.
