WHOLE CBEYOND ORGANIZATION IS A WELL OILED MACHINE!! I can't imagine anything that Cbeyond could do better. From the first contact with Sales Rep. Rachael Goodman through installation with Millenium Systems technician Chad, I was impressed with the professionalism and competence of each of the Cbeyond representatives that I worked with. The whole Cbeyond organization appears to be a well oiled machine that does an excellent job, while making the customer feel like they are the most important person in that representative's day.

IF WE DO HAVE A PROBLEM IT IS HANDLED IMMEDIATELY! DANIEL C., MINNEAPOLIS, MN We rarely have a problem with our internet, telephone service, or billing services from CBeyond. If we do have a problem it is handled immediately, and in a courteous manner. I would highly recfommend CBeyond to any company - large or small.
