CONTROL OF COMMUNICATIONS A REAL PLUS! I particularly like the ability to reroute (call forward) telephone numbers which Cbeyond affords through its website. Other companies are a virtual pain that end up 'scheduling' with zero-value-added flap, roughly akin to scheduling a waitress to bring a glass of water.

PERSONALIZED CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! Cbeyond is GREAT! Fantastic company catering to the SMB market only, which is largely underserved and mis-represented by larger carriers. Personalized customer support and a philanthropic company that volunteers in all markets where it operates and employs over 1500 employees and growing. It is a Direct sales model with a lot more personability than it's competitors. The salespeople have integrity and vigorous training.

VERY LOW COST!!!! We have had very little problems at a very low cost with Cbeyond. Great customer service.
