Description
Alternating sets of these two lifts to get my Shoulder Girdle back in line. Not 100% but, MUCH improved!! Hallelujah!! I worked up to 20lb on the Curl & Press and 60.25lb on the Press. It's going to take time but, I WILL get there! God Bless!!
