Bread Bhaji _ bread pakoda
Description
Ingredients –
4-5 slices of bread
2 small bowl of chana atta/besan floor
2 or more spoon of red chilly powder (depend upon spiciness you want)
½ litre of oil
1 big glass of water
Salt for taste
Procedure :-
First of cut the slice of bread into four pieces & keep it aside.
Take besan flour/ chana atta, red chilly powder, 2-3 spoon of oil, water & salt in a bowl, mix it well.
Heat kadai/pan with oil, soak cut bread slices in prepared besan flour, deep fry it & serve hot with sauce.
