I say:
The 70mm drive might be tempting. But not by much!
They do offer clear and rich sound on par with top brands.
The bass is a little bit shy though.
The package presentation is loaded with accessories.
Some how bulky and too big to travel.
A strong headband make them uncomfortable to use for long periods of time.
Earcups are too small for the average adult with a wide / low foam and unpadded plastic covers unable of sound blocking.
At Mid/Hi levels they bleed as much as a open pair of headphones.
Not suitable for public/airplane use.
Passive noise insulation relates to how loud you listening to the music to block the outside world.
The Bluetooth works fine... but no Aptx.
It is still good but could be better.
Good battery life.
The 3D sound is more of a gimmick.

In the end, stylish sound kit with lots of bleeding but a clear and rich sound.
Small earcups and strong headband make them uncomfortable to use on a long run.
They could be an alternative but shop around for the best price
