"Select 'Vertex Snap' in the Main Toolbar and select 'Move' or 'Scale' in the drop-down, depending on the action you wish to perform.

1. A cube isn't positioned correctly on the model.
2. Select the cube you are trying to move (or scale). Click on one of its vertices that needs to be snapped.
3. Select the cube that you are snapping to and click on one of its vertices (where you're directing vertex of the first cube). A line will appear between the two vertices on hover.
4. The cube is snapped into the correct position."
