Backwards Treamill Running For Quads

http://www.powerfultrainingsecrets.com - this technique is a quad killer. You basically just run backwards on the treadmill (be very careful and only go as fast as you're able to safely). It's a constant knee flexion movement that pumps a LOT of blood into the quads. Great if quads are a tough muscle grouop for you.
