Description

Workin' Curls with a 3 1/2" thick Axle...WOW! Bare, it weighs 61lb. Added a couple pairs of 5/8" chain(30 links each) which added 18lb per side. These hit that Forearm Flexor meat right at the top where the Biceps insert. Man, these felt SO GOOD! God Bless!!
