American Police Force (APF) hires Becky Shay, a former reporter for the Billings Gazette as spokesperson for the company. Shay offered little new information on their plan to operate the Two Rivers Detention Center.

APF officials say they're working with agencies on a new prisoner contract, but would not discuss the details. The company's plans include building a police training facility and a dormitory to house the trainees.

APF has repeatedly declined to reveal their parent company.
