in time of my insanity,
you have been there for me.
making a sense out of me
when my world is beyond yours.

i have been hurt as a bird
lost its wing to fly.
i cried not because i lost my beauty.
i cried for i know i am not free as i have been.

there came a time when no one believes.
not a soul to spare me from my grieve.
but in your presence you made me free
from all the wicked ways i used to be.

for you have once been in my shoe.
knowing what i have must become,
without someone loving you.
and now in your healing
you help me cured this kind of sickness again.
