For those who are High School Athletes or Middle School Athletes, (or ~ quite a few weekend warrior adults) then here are a few of the things that you really want to do to prevent injury now but additionally avoid issues later on. Guy or girl, football, volleyball, or basketball, whatever - it doesn't matter…you must complete some type of mobility plan. You also should do Warm-Ups prior to training program / Strength Training for the day. Clips and training demonstrations are included at AlphaAthleticSC.com after you click through to the whole post.
