Description

This routine is done at the cross Bar station. It demonstrate flexibility and strength conditioning. In a rhythmic
body gyration form, toss ball over crossbar. Tightly place between feet and maintain a swinging momentum side to side movement as in wind shield wiping. High impact routine can be done using a medicine ball.
