00:40 information then you got to try to relay

00:48 one homeowner that's there when we come
00:50 in the house and we cut new holes in the
00:51 ceiling to add returns or supplies or
00:54 move a thermostat or maybe the unit
00:56 makes a different noise look at a phone
00:58 call from the significant other and
00:59 there will be some kind of a complaint
