發想於台東部落都歷(Torik)，Torik 在阿美族語中，表示編織之意，又因為 Torik 以前有許多精通編織的耆老，所以才稱其地名為都歷(Torik)，其深層涵義為所有的一切交織在一起。Sun 來自於閩南話的桑，表示放鬆，希望來感受現場演出的朋友都能在都歷感到放鬆。每兩個月會邀請樂團樂手到桑都歷做小型演出。
