The epic Battle between Zoom vs Hulk takes place in Grand Theft Auto V

Hunter Zolomon is a meta-human speedster from Earth Two. Following the explosion of S.T.A.R. Labs' particle accelerator, Hunter was affected during electroshock therapy by the dark matter emitted, giving him super speed. Following this, he escaped and became a supervillain known as Zoom. Later, using Velocity serums, Hunter managed to artificially increase his speed to the point where he could break the dimensional barrier - via this ability, after arriving in one alternate Earth, Hunter discovered another speedster, and after kidnapping him, stole his identity and alter-ego - Jay Garrick/The Flash, stylized as the Crimson Comet, in order to instill false hope - hope that would be ripped away.

Doctor Robert Bruce Banner is a renowned scientist in the fields of Biochemistry, Nuclear Physics, and Gamma Radiation. He is one of the scientists who tried to recreate the Super Soldier Serum which originated Captain America in World War II, but when an exposure to high levels of Gamma Radiation instead of Vita Radiation went awry, the mild-mannered scientist found himself plagued with a peculiar condition; when angered or provoked, he would transform into the rage-fueled and nearly mindless green-skinned monster known as the Hulk.
