SPIDERMAN VS HULKBUSTER - EPIC SUPERHEROES BATTLE

The epic superheroes battle between Spiderman vs Hulkbuster takes place in Grand Theft Auto V

Spider-Man is a 2002 American superhero film directed by Sam Raimi and written by David Koepp. Based on the fictional Marvel Comics character Spider-Man, the film stars Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker, a high-school student who turns to crimefighting after developing spider-like powers. Spider-Man also stars Willem Dafoe as Norman Osborn (a.k.a. the Green Goblin), Kirsten Dunst as Peter's love interest, Mary-Jane Watson, and James Franco as his best friend, Harry Osborn.

The Mark 44 (XLIV), also known as the "Hulkbuster", is an Extra Heavy-Duty Modular Armor created by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner as a security safeguard in the event of an uncontrollable Hulk rampage. The armor works by attaching itself around the base armor of the Mark 43. The armor was featured in Avengers: Age of Ultron, wherein it was used through Veronica's activation to subdue a rampaging Hulk in South Africa. Its design was completely based on the Hulkbuster Armor from the comics, confirming that this armor is the same armor with the same name from the comics.
