Youtube's wonderful commenting system

Youtube have recently changed their comment system to incorporate Google+ commenting, eliminating the ability to reply to comments posted in the old system, removing the 500 character limit and seemingly adding the quick and easy ability to add malware links to comments.
In my case, it also looks like the removed my ability to post any comments on any video and even to report their brokenness, hence this video being on DailyMotion, because I'd rather not have Google pick up traffic due to breaking stuff (even if they are Google and it's inevitable, it's the PRINCIPLE DAMMIT!!
