YOUTUBE DOING NOTHING ABOUT ABUSE, A PLEA FOR HELP

i am fed up with it, they ignore messages and now when i THOUGHT i'd sorted a communication method, via twitter, they're ignoring those as well. They fall back on the old faithful, use the reporting tools. THEY DONT DO ANYTHING.

I am a disabled person, why should I suffer abuse about my problems? 4 years this has been going on. It is because youtube allows multiple accounts and anonymity. Subscribers and users can withhold their details.

Now, they are cloning my name, my wife's name, my (dead) mum's name, and creating comments on my channels (I have 2 monetised and 3 others, all different subjects), AND other peoples.
