Xiaomi Overtakes Apple
Description
Chinese phone manufacturer Xiaomi ($XIACF@China) has overtaken Apple ($AAPL@US) for second place in the smartphone market share leaderboard. Samsung remains number 1 with a 19% share, but Xiaomi now has 17%, beating Apple’s 14%. Shares of Apple were trading 0.58% higher on Friday at press time.
