Description

Can happen that your Xbox One not recognize your usb drive, it's happen to me, as you can see in following video, the operative system looks like that it have troubles using my hard disk.
I tried to search on internet and I call Microsoft's support, but they told me only to change my usb drive or my xbox one.
I tried to shutdown and restart my xbox one but nothing change, after some test I find the right way to fix that trouble, shutdown the Xbox One, disconnect any usb drive, than restart my xbox without usb drive and connect it when the xbox one is ready.

Possible solution:
- unplug HD
- Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button ON THE FRONT OF THE CONSOLE for approximately 10 seconds, than the console will turn off.
- Disconnect power cord, wait for two minutes, then plug the power cable back into the back of the Xbox One, and monitor the power brick, waiting for it to cycle from a white light to an orange light
- turn on your console
- when you are at dashboard on a connected joypad holds RT, LT and Y for some seconds than release itto reload dashboard, if it doesn't reload try it again
- connect your external HD

IF IT DOESN'T GOES, redo all steps and DON'T connect your HD at the end, shut down your console and connect the HD in a different USB, than turn on
