Yes, in fact we have two independent backup systems. We take a daily snapshot backup of your website and store this on Amazon S3 Cloud Storage and then we have a second direct to offsite backup that is powered by Blogvault. Once we’ve migrated your site across you’ll actually see a Blogvault plugin in your WordPress plugins list.

Our Serious Business plan includes Realtime Backup which means changes are backed up as they happen - an important feature for ecommerce websites or websites that have a lot of changes happening throughout the day.
