Watch as towering flames race across a mountainside while an emergency helicopter drops water on the advancing fire.

Melissa Gil captured the alarming scene from the window of her home in Murcia, Spain.

The video shows a large wildfire burning along the ridge between La Cresta del Gallo and the village of Los Garres on June 2, 2026.

Bright flames can be seen stretching across the hillside, sending smoke into the sky as the fire spreads through the vegetation.

An emergency helicopter flies overhead, collecting and releasing water in an effort to contain the blaze.

The dramatic footage was shared on Tiktok and Melissa said :"The flames can be seen from the crest of the ridge on the mountain to the village of Los Garres, and an emergency helicopter can be seen putting out the fire with water."
